Erin Reed

Erin Reed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Group Audit and Head of Quality Reporting and Incident Management at dsm-firmenich since June 2023, Erin has previously held various leadership roles in Firmenich from November 2007 to June 2023, including Director of Global Quality Excellence and QHSS&E Business Excellence Manager. Erin’s career began in sales and customer care, culminating in expertise in supply chain improvement and performance management. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Rutgers University, completed in 2007.
