Ester Koning

Ester Koning currently serves as the Legal Director for the Science, Research and Innovation organization at dsm-firmenich, starting in May 2023, and previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at DSM from November 2007 to May 2023, where responsibilities included legal support for various business units related to health, nutrition, and materials. Prior to DSM, Ester Koning was a Company Lawyer at Ashland from August 2000 to November 2007, providing legal support in international commercial contracting and corporate law. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws from Utrecht University, completion of the Women's Leadership Program, and certification as a Data Protection Officer from Maastricht University.
