Jeanine Barrett, SPHR, currently serves as Director of Regional HR for dsm-firmenich, leading a team of HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive HR support across Operations and Manufacturing in North America. With experience at Bausch Health Companies and Thorlabs, Jeanine has demonstrated expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and managing organizational transformation initiatives. A graduate of Villanova University with a Master’s in Human Resource Development, Jeanine holds additional degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, underscoring a strong foundation in both human behavior and organizational dynamics.
