Laura Stevens

Laura Stevens PhD has a strong background in data, artificial intelligence, strategy, and analytics. Laura Stevens currently holds the position of Head of Data & Artificial Intelligence at DSM-Firmenich. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Global Strategy, Analytics & Employee Experience at DSM. Laura also has extensive experience at Deloitte, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Manager People Analytics, Senior Consultant People Analytics, and Consultant Organisation Transformation. In addition, they worked as a PhD student at Ghent University and completed a PhD internship at Monash University. Laura began their research career as a Researcher at the University of Antwerp.

Laura Stevens, PhD, received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Sciences from Ghent University in 2014. Prior to this, they graduated from the Free University of Brussels with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology from 2011 to 2013. Laura Stevens also obtained a degree in Clinical Psychodiagnostics from Ghent University from 2009 to 2011. Laura completed their undergraduate studies at Ghent University, where they received a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Educational Sciences from 2004 to 2009.
