Rachel Forsythe

Rachel Forsythe is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and finance, currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Architect at Eastman since July 2022. In this role, Rachel leads a team in the development and maintenance of data warehouse solutions, achieving significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements in shipping processes. Prior to Eastman, Rachel worked as a Commercial Finance and Business Intelligence Manager at Lodge Cast Iron, where over $4 million in accounting errors were identified and rectified, enhancing financial performance. Rachel's experience also includes roles at Unum as a Financial Planning and Analysis Associate and a Data Analytics Consultant, where statistical analysis increased the identification of fraudulent claims significantly. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
