Rosa M Ponce

Rosa M Ponce has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Senior Category Technical Manager at dsm-firmenich since December 2013. Prior to this role, Rosa worked at Qualtia Alimentos from September 2005 to August 2013 as the Head of Product Development and Implementation, where responsibilities included formula creation for new products and optimization of existing products. Earlier experience includes a position as Innovation and Development Analyst at Sabritas, focusing on product innovation and national implementation for the TOSTITOS, DORITOS, and FRITOS brands. Rosa began her career as a Trainee for Training and Continuous Improvement at Gamesa, where responsibilities encompassed team development and training. Rosa holds a Master’s degree in Food Production Management from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from Universidad Iberoamericana.
