Ségolène Hofnung has a diverse and extensive work experience in the marketing and brand management field. Ségolène began their career at L'Oréal in 2003, where they worked as a Brand Manager for Skincare brand BIOTHERM and later as a Group Brand Manager for Fragrances brands such as DIESEL, VIKTOR & ROLF, and CACHAREL. In 2012, they took on the role of Marketing Director for Europe, overseeing the Skincare brands BIOTHERM and HELENA RUBINSTEIN. Ségolène then moved to Russia in 2009 for an expatriation assignment in Moscow.

Returning to L'Oréal in 2017, they became a Group Brand Manager for Haircare brand GARNIER, responsible for launching the new HairCare brand BOTANIC THERAPY and driving its success in the Russian market. Following their tenure at L'Oréal, they joined Avon in 2019 as the Global Face Care Director, leading the strategic direction and implementation of the Face Care category. Ségolène later took on the role of Global Head of CARE category, responsible for the strategic management of a 25 brand portfolio across different markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Russia, South Africa, and the UK. In 2021, they joined dsm-firmenich as the Global Marketing Senior Director.

Throughout their career, Ségolène has demonstrated expertise in brand and marketing strategy, change management, innovation, team development, and portfolio optimization. Ségolène has also contributed to organizational transformations, digital shifts, and a focus on sustainability and consumer-centric approaches.

Ségolène Hofnung obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship / Marketing from HEC Paris between 1997 and 2001. Prior to that, they attended Saint Louis de Gonzague-Franklin from 1995 to 1997 for their Classes Préparatoires.
