Tammy Zhou

Tammy Zhou started their career as an Associate/Consultant at JLJ Group-Huijie Consulting from March 2006 to December 2009. Tammy then worked as a Consultant at GoldenTop Consulting - Shanghai from January 2010 to August 2010. Afterwards, they joined CSR as the Asia Recruitment Lead from August 2010 to June 2014, where they provided leadership in recruitment activities and developed talent acquisition priorities and objectives. Tammy then joined Momentive as a Corporate Recruiter from June 2014 to November 2015, managing full-circle recruitment across Asia and exploring new talent acquisition channels and methodologies. Currently, they are working at dsm-firmenich as the Talent Acquisition Lead, Greater China since October 2023, where they lead talent acquisition efforts for the region and manages global resources.

Tammy Zhou completed their Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Social Security at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics from 2000 to 2004. Tammy then pursued and is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business at both BI Norwegian Business School and Fudan University, beginning in 2021 and expected to end in 2023.
