Eric Heinen

Eric Heinen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service delivery and finance management. Currently serving as a Consultant at Sparke & Keane since February 2023 and as an IT Service Delivery Manager (a.i.) at Fibrant, Eric focuses on optimizing ICT services and aligning them with business objectives through ITIL best practices and effective stakeholder management.
