Wendy Cremers

Wendy Cremers has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Wendy currently holds the position of Global Head Talent Acquisition Delivery at DSM-Firmenich. In this role, they are responsible for managing the global team of regional Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiters to attract top talent for the organization.

Prior to their current role, Cremers worked at DSM for several years. Wendy started as a Consultant in 1998 and worked their way up to the role of Global Talent Acquisition Lead. In this position, they led a team in identifying and attracting talent across the organization, collaborated with business leaders and HR partners to understand workforce needs, and managed recruitment technologies to streamline the hiring process.

Cremers also held the role of Regional Lead Talent Acquisition NL and Global Lead RPO at DSM, where they represented Global Talent Acquisition in the Netherlands region and worked closely with the global team to roll out talent acquisition strategies tailored to regional requirements. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager and team lead for Functional Excellence in DSM Recruitment, where they implemented key projects and developed a global platform for recruitment.

Before joining DSM, Cremers worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Talent Quest/Surge, where they connected top students to multinational companies through a Collective Business Course. Wendy also worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Surge, where they provided recruitment and consultancy services to international organizations.

Cremers began their career at Right Management, where they worked as a Consultant, helping clients align talent strategy with business strategy and improve workforce effectiveness. Wendy was later employed at Manpower Inc. as a Consultant.

Throughout their career, Cremers has demonstrated a strong expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and workforce solutions.

Wendy Cremers attended Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Heao International Business & Languages. Prior to that, they attended Serviam VWO, but no degree or field of study is specified for that period.
