Yanick Dullens

Yanick Dullens has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career at SABIC in 2009 as a Business Coordinator for PP Copolymers. In 2012, they joined DSM where they held multiple roles including Global Category Manager for Ocean & Airfreight. From 2016 to 2017, they served as Lead Buyer at DSM's Headquarters with a focus on HR, Consulting, ICT, and MarCom. In 2017, they briefly held the position of Category Manager for Professional Services HR in the European region. From 2018 to 2022, they served as Global Category Manager for Professional Services HR. Currently, since 2022, Yanick Dullens is the Global Lead Strategic Talent Acquisition at DSM-Firmenich.

Yanick Dullens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver, which was obtained from 2001 to 2005. They also possess a Master of Arts degree from Maastricht University, earned between 2007 and 2008. In addition to these academic qualifications, Yanick has obtained several certifications in areas such as leadership, management, negotiation, and marketing from prestigious institutions like INSEAD Executive Education, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Purspective, Babson College, Center for Creative Leadership, and TSM Business School. Notably, they completed the Leadership Transition Programme from INSEAD Executive Education, most recently in 2023.
