Yannick Theys

Yannick Theys is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial planning and analysis, having served as the Sr. Director Group FP&A at dsm-firmenich since November 2024. Prior to this role, Yannick was the Chief Financial Officer at Africa Improved Foods from September 2023 to October 2025 and held various positions at DSM from October 2012 to September 2023, including Senior Director Finance and Finance Director. Yannick's career also includes roles at Handson & Partners, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and PwC, where experience as an Auditor was gained. Yannick holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Hasselt University and an Executive Master of Finance and Control from Maastricht University.
