Audio Algorithms Engineer 2 at DSP Concepts

Abinaya Subramaniam has a background in audio signal processing and communication system design. Abinaya started their career in 2015 as an Integrated Masters Student at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Kancheepuram. In 2018, they completed a summer internship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they analyzed various designs of Photonic Analog to Digital Converters and formulated an optimized design. Abinaya also completed a summer internship at MaDeIT Innovation Foundation in 2017, where they developed a learning platform that exploited the idea of Digital Storytelling. In 2019, they completed their Masters Thesis at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and was a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Darmstadt. In 2021, they worked as a Graduate Research Associate at Arizona State University, where they developed a Radar Signal Processing Chain, studied micro-doppler effects in radar targets, and implemented an SVD based classifier. Currently, they are an Audio Systems Engineer Co-op at Bose Corporation and an Audio Signal Processing Engineer at DSP Concepts.

Abinaya Subramaniam completed their high school in 2014 from PSBB Senior Secondary School K.K.Nagar, Chennai, India. Abinaya then pursued a dual degree(B.Tech M.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialization in Design and Manufacturing from Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Kancheepuram from 2015 to 2020. Abinaya Subramaniam is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Arizona State University since 2021.
