Abdelrahman Hesham began their career as a Customer Service Agent at Raya Contact Center in 2010. In 2014, they joined Raya CX as a Training Specialist at Raya Customer Experience, and was promoted to Senior Executive Trainer in the same year. Their duties included carrying out training needs analysis, designing course materials, organizing courses, evaluating training effectiveness, and liaising with external course providers. In 2020, they returned to Raya Customer Experience as a Training Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Dsquares as an Operations Supervisor.
Abdelrahman Hesham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Animal Breeding from Al-Azhar University between 2007 and 2011.
