Ziad Ayman

Ziad Ayman has worked for four companies, beginning with Downtown in 2017. There, they held the roles of Telesales Representative, Operations Team Lead, and Operations Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Transporter Courier Services Egypt as a Customer Service Agent. Ziad then progressed to Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Generalist, and Senior Human Resources Generalist. In 2022, they began working for Dsquares as a Talent Acquisition Sr. Executive.

Ziad Ayman attended Helwan University Cairo from 2017 to 2021, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. In 2020, they obtained two certifications from Coursera in Human Resources Management and Recruiting and Onboarding. Later that year, they also obtained a Digital Marketing certification from Google. In 2022, Ziad Ayman obtained a Foundation Certificate in Human Resources from The American University in Cairo.
