Courtney Bell

Courtney Bell is a Sustainability Manager at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since June 2023, with a strong background in operations and sustainability. Previously, Courtney held the position of Senior Operations Manager in Walmart's MBA Operational Leadership Development Program from July 2022 to May 2023 and completed an Ecommerce MBA Supply Chain Internship at Walmart in 2021, where significant backend changes were made to improve efficiency in the ATL1 Fulfillment Center. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Community Engagement at Amplifi Labs and founding Ungraded Produce, a subscription service that rescued high-quality "ugly" produce, successfully recovering 192,000 pounds of produce. Additional roles include research and advocacy intern at East Coast Greenway Alliance, research assistant at Duke University, and mortgage underwriter intern at Quicken Loans. Courtney holds an MBA in Energy & Environment from Duke University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Sustainability Certificate from Harvard Extension School. A Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science was earned from Duke University in 2017.
