Jafeth van Deelen

Jafeth van Deelen has extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles within the logistics and retail sectors. Currently serving as Teamlead Customer Care at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since December 2025, Jafeth previously worked as Teamleader Customer Service at DB Schenker from November 2018 to December 2025. Early career roles included various team leader positions at Albert Heijn from January 2009 to November 2018, as well as an administrative role at de Willemshoeve, where responsibilities included processing invoices and managing accounting records. Additional experience includes positions at Bruna and as a Junior Representative at Gigant. Jafeth obtained a degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences between 2015 and 2020, along with education from ROC A12 and HAN University of Applied Sciences.
