Michał Żołubak

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in blockchain and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, emphasis is placed on enhancing the software development process. Previously, Micha held significant roles including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, focusing on decentralized finance solutions. Micha also contributed to the energy sector as Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and has served on advisory boards and technical leadership positions in various organizations, including Share&Charge and Sweetbridge. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education in fintech at MIT, alongside Project Management certification from PMI.
