Uzair Hashmi

Uzair Hashmi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in security, performance engineering, and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior IT Security and Compliance Specialist at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since May 2021, Uzair oversees the IT security roadmap and ensures alignment with compliance and business needs. Previously, Uzair held various roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Product Owner for Performance Engineering and Performance Test Manager, focusing on performance testing and engineering improvements across large-scale software projects. Uzair's earlier experience includes positions as an Application Manager and Data Warehouse Architect at Maersk, as well as a Data Warehouse Engineer at Ufone GSM - Etisalat. Uzair holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
