Anouk Smits

Anouk Smits is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, product ownership, and business analysis. Currently serving as Team Lead at DSW Zorgverzekeraar since February 2016, Anouk oversees a team of approximately 20 developers and designers while also holding the role of Product Owner for two DevOps teams focused on C# .Net technologies. Previous experiences include consultancy work at PwC Nederland, where Anouk contributed to various pension and insurance projects, and research consultancy with WorldGranny in Sri Lanka. Anouk holds multiple degrees, including an Actuarieel Rekenaar certification and a Master's in Economics and Finance of Ageing from Tilburg University.
