Nikki Ward

Nikki Ward is an experienced Program Manager currently serving as an Assistant Program Manager at DSW Homes since September 2021, following a role as lead permit specialist and office manager. Prior experience includes working as an Employment Specialist I at Grand Lake Mental Health Center from May 2018 to December 2021, where Nikki implemented the Individual Placement and Support model to assist consumers with their career and educational goals. Nikki also held the position of Office Administrator at Claremore's Fence Company, managing office communications and sales, and served as Kitchen Manager and Housekeeper at La Quinta by Wyndham. Nikki holds a degree in Human Services from Tulsa Community College and has taken additional coursework from institutions including Cornell University.
