Adelaida Pérez Milán

Adelaida Pérez Milán is the current Infrastructure Lead for the Business Development Unit at DT Global. Adelaida has over a decade of experience in international development, strategic planning, and project management.

Adelaida began their career in 2006 as an engineer with Jóvenes Cooperantes de Castilla-La Mancha. The following year, they transitioned to UNDP where they served as a coordinator for political campaigns and influence. In 2008, they joined Grupo Tragsa as the coordinator of international programs for the National Park Service. There, they were responsible for coordinating operational plans and agreements with various organizations such as the UICN, FAO, and UNESCO.

In 2009, Adelaida moved to AYESA where they became the International Development Area Manager. In this role, they oversaw the strategic planning and execution of various development projects in Latin America and Africa. In 2016, they joined Eptisa as a Business Development Executive where they supported institutions and entities in improving their institutional, economic, and socio-environmental processes. Most recently, in 2019, Adelaida became the Head of Infrastructure Unit for International Development Europe at AECOM.

Throughout their career, Adelaida has demonstrated their dedication to helping others by working on various infrastructure and development projects that have had a positive impact on communities around the world.

Adelaida Pérez Milán is an Executive MBA from IE Business School, a Certified Expert in Climate Adaptation Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and an Ingeniero de Montes from Universidad de Córdoba.
