Ian Moise

Senior Director of Water Services at DT Global

Ian Moise is currently the Senior Director of Water Services at DT Global. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Advisor for Water, WASH, and Environment at Catholic Relief Services from January 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they led CRS' global water program with over $30M in annual programming. This work included convening stakeholders from across CRS' 119 countries to derive their new Water Security for 2030 strategy while pivoting CRS' traditional WASH programming to more directly address: the financing gap required to meet SDG6 by leveraging non-grant capital through blended finance; watershed health for improved agriculture outcomes, resilience, and drinking water; and improved safe water, sanitation, and hygiene for the world's poorest and most vulnerable populations.

Moise's work also included strategic planning, broadening partnerships, growing their resource base, identifying high caliber talent to realize their commitments, planning and forecasting how CRS would achieve their transformational outcomes, nurturing existing donors and bringing in new ones, and representing CRS' water interests on the global stage.

Prior to their work with Catholic Relief Services, Moise served on the Board of Directors for SCRAP USA from October 2015 to November 2019.

Ian Moise has a MS in Environmental Studies, Science, and Policy from the University of Oregon, and a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
