Parag Shiswawala has been a Practice Director of Public Finance Management (PFM) unit at DT Global US. He has over 30 years of professional experience in public finance, financial advisory, public procurement, and fiduciary services. He has lived in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, and has worked in over 30 countries.

Parag has rendered multi-disciplinary consulting services to small and medium size enterprises and multinationals in the private and public sector, and to government organizations, ministries, regulatory organizations, and donors such as the United States Agency for International Development, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) / Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) entities, the Global Fund, World Bank and the Financial Sector Reform and Strengthening Initiative (FIRST). He offers a unique combination of private and development consulting experiences and has actively participated in accounting, auditing, and financial management reform initiatives.
