Thomas Ingvoldstad

Thomas Ingvoldstad is a seasoned professional in public finance management with extensive experience in managing international development projects. Currently serving as Senior Director, Practice Lead at DT Global since January 2023, Thomas oversees a portfolio of contracts with the Global Fund. Previously, Thomas held various roles at Cardno International Development, including Technical Director and Sr. Manager, managing significant donor-funded projects and overseeing teams of project managers. Thomas's career also includes positions as Director of Finance & Operations for the Uganda SDS Programme and Senior Development Specialist managing Local Fund Agent work in multiple countries. Thomas holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a degree in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
