Dan Wood

Dan Wood currently serves as the Assistant Treasurer and Director of Corporate Finance at DT Midstream since July 2021. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions in finance and strategy, including Director of Financial Strategy at DTE Energy from 2016 to 2021, and Manager of Corporate Development at Exelon from 2014 to 2016. Dan also has experience as Vice President at both Brown, Williams, Moorhead & Quinn, Inc., where consulting services were provided to the natural gas pipeline, oil pipeline, and electric utility sectors, and Duff & Phelps, focusing on business valuations for financial and tax reporting. Earlier career experience includes positions at General Electric, US Airways, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
