Joe Finland

Joe Finland has over 17 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Joe is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at DT Midstream, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at DTE Energy, where they held various managerial and supervisory roles, including Manager of Business Forecasting and Reporting from May 2018 to June 2021, Manager of General Accounting from July 2016 to May 2018, and Principal Supervisor from February 2013 to July 2016. Before their time at DTE Energy, Joe worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from October 2004 to January 2009.

Joe Finland completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Integrative Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Management at Albion College, from 2000 to 2004.
