Kacper Kaczmarek

Kacper Kaczmarek is an experienced maintenance manager currently working at DT Swiss since February 2022. Previously, Kacper held multiple leadership roles at Continental from November 2017 to May 2022, including Head of Maintenance and Industrial Engineering and Head of Industrial Engineering, where responsibilities included managing engineering projects, investment planning, machine operation compliance, supplier selection, and the installation of production machinery. Kacper began a career in engineering with experience as a process engineer at A. Kayser Automotive Systems Polska Sp. z o.o. and as a construction intern at Budimex, along with roles as a CAD draftsman at NAVIC Engineering and a design intern at Power Engineering S.A. Academically, Kacper attained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Poznan University of Technology and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Leibniz Universität Hannover.
