Joseph Whitley

Joseph Whitley is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in municipal design and construction inspection, currently employed at DTC, Inc. since March 2014. Prior to this role, Joseph served as an environmental inspector at DTC, Inc. from July 2012 to January 2014, and as an environmental engineer at Camp, Dresser & McKee from June 2000 to January 2010. Joseph Whitley holds a degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1996 and 2000.
