Andy Coulouris

Andy Coulouris currently serves as Vice President of Corporate and Government Affairs at DTE Energy, a position held since August 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate relations and advocating at various government levels. Prior to this role, Andy held significant positions at Dow Corning from April 2010 to July 2016, including U.S. Area Vice President of Public Affairs and Global Government Affairs Manager, focusing on federal government relations and strategic advocacy. Andy's earlier experience includes serving as a State Representative in the Michigan House of Representatives, where oversight of the Banking and Financial Services Committee was conducted, and as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Saginaw County.
