Grant Garber

Grant Garber has over three decades of experience at DTE Energy, currently serving as a Principal Technical Specialist/Instructor focused on Emergency Planning since July 1986. This role includes leading training, human performance evaluations, and managing NRC submittals. Additionally, Grant has served as RadWaste Supervisor during outages at Fermi 2, and has previously held roles as RP Technician and Chemistry Technician. Grant has a strong background in training, having taught various subjects related to Emergency Planning, Industrial Safety, and plant systems. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineering Watch Supervisor in the US Navy from January 1980 to July 1986, with roles involving operations on a Nuclear Submarine and staff training. Grant holds an Associate of Science degree in Public Safety from MCCC.
