Kerry Mclenon has extensive experience at DTE Energy, where starting in January 2000 as a Power Plant Operator, responsibilities included ensuring safety and completing rigorous training programs. Progressing to the role of Supervising Operator by January 2005, Kerry managed operations of significant generating units, controlled complex processes, and supervised staff. From January 2008 onwards, Kerry served as Production Manager, developing comprehensive training programs for various operational roles and overseeing safe, efficient energy generation while adhering to environmental regulations. Additional leadership roles included Assistant Shift Supervisor, Simulator Department Lead, and serving as operations representative for major environmental and generation projects. Education includes training at the University of Michigan Henry Ford.
