Mariam Mohamed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer and digital experience management, analytics, and continuous improvement at DTE Energy since September 2011. Over the years, Mariam has held several key positions, including Director of Customer Experience and Manager of Digital Experience, as well as roles focused on analytics and business strategy. Prior to DTE Energy, Mariam worked as a Developer for Web Applications at The Harvard Drug Group from September 2013 to March 2015. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Information Systems & Technology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wayne State University.
