Phil Hughes

Phil Hughes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in HR Processes and Technology at DTE Energy since August 2011. Previously, Phil held positions including Senior Staffing and Recruiting Specialist at DTE Energy, Human Resources Generalist at TheraMatrix Physical Therapy, and Human Resource Supervisor at Service Systems Associates. Additional experience includes managing hourly staffing for Chrysler LLC and serving as a Benefits Specialist for DaimlerChrysler Corporation. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Leadership from Central Michigan University.
