Rachel Perschetz

Rachel Perschetz currently serves as Manager of Sustainability Strategy in the Corporate Secretary's Office at DTE Energy since August 2021. Prior to this, Rachel was the Director of Education & Workforce Initiatives at the Detroit Regional CEO Group from 2019 to 2021 and held the position of Director of Youth Employment in the Mayor's Office of Workforce Development for the City of Detroit from 2018 to 2019. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of Education & Employment at Rocket Community Fund, Detroit Residential Expert/Live Downtown Program Manager at Rocket Mortgage, and Detroit Revitalization Fellow at Southwest Housing Solutions. Rachel also worked as an Associate at Economics Research Associates/AECOM, Business Manager at Common Ground Community, Assistant Manager at The Heights Casino, and Marketing Assistant with the Baltimore Ravens. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Cornell University, earned in 2003.
