Rodney Cole

Rodney Cole is the President of DTE Foundation and DTE Corporate Citizenship with experience in managing foundation operations and corporate citizenship work impacting communities. Cole has also held various leadership roles at DTE Energy, including Vice President of DTE Energy Foundation, Director of Community Engagement, Director of State Government Affairs, Regional Manager of Corporate & Government Affairs, and Manager of Human Resources. Additionally, Cole has experience in HR consulting at Capital H Group, career services at Wayne State University, and operations management at Parson Consulting. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and has also completed the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard University.
