Tom de Manincor Jr

Tom de Manincor Jr is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at dtect since July 2022, Tom previously held the position of Director of Engineering in the same company. As the owner of Escape Keys, LLC since January 2011, Tom has developed entrepreneurial expertise. Past roles include Principal Software Engineer at Quest Mindshare, Lead Software Architect/Engineer at InfoArmor, and Chief Technology Officer at GearSource, among others. Tom’s career began as a Software Engineer at Unique Vacations, Inc, following a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2002.
