Christopher Fortuna

Christopher Fortuna is an experienced professional in customer support and success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support and Success at DTEN since July 2022. Previously, Christopher held the position of Vice President of Customer Support at TPx from October 2021 to July 2022. With a significant tenure at ShoreTel from March 2013 to July 2022, Christopher advanced from Senior Director of Customer Success to Director of Support Programs, and earlier roles included Acting Director of Technical Services and Manager of Product Introduction and Channel Services. Additionally, Christopher's career began at Nortel, where roles included Customer Advocate and Senior Technical Support Manager, spanning from March 2000 to December 2007.
