Jamie Lindsay has extensive experience in customer success and account management across the technology sector. Currently serving as VP and previously Senior Director of Global Customer Success at DTEX Systems since September 2018, Jamie has also held leadership positions at BlackBerry and Good Technology, where the focus included ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing platform utilization. Prior roles at Gartner involved managing relationships with clients in the energy and utilities sector, as well as contributing to territory growth in vendor and service provider accounts. Jamie's career began at Cellnet Limited, where responsibilities included product management and sales strategy, following various roles at Optus. Jamie holds a BA from The University of Queensland.
