Scott Javor

Scott Javor has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance industry. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at DTG Recycle since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Napster (Rhapsody International) from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Napster, Scott worked at FTI Capital Advisors and FTI Consulting from 2009 to 2019, where they held roles such as Managing Director, Senior Director, and Director. During their time there, they advised companies on strategy, performance improvement, M&A, and restructuring transactions. Scott also provided strategic recommendations to improve operations and developed advertising revenue models for media companies.

From 2004 to 2009, Scott worked at GE Capital in various roles. Scott served as Vice President, where they evaluated investment risks and negotiated legal documentation for debt and equity transactions. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Vice President & Associate, managing at-risk investments. Prior to that, Scott was an Associate at GE Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) from 2002 to 2004, auditing financial statements and improving business processes.

Scott's early career includes their role as a Strategic Consultant at GE Capital Fleet Services from 1999 to 2002. In this role, they sold motor vehicle leasing structures and services to CFOs and developed financial models for analyzing the effects of automotive fleet leasing.

Scott Javor attended Yale University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Scott then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at The Wharton School from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Scott Javor holds several certifications, including Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) from the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) from the Turnaround Management Association, and Series 7, 63, & 79 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Scott is also a Six Sigma Black Belt.
