Łukasz Kocjan has a diverse work experience in the technical support and service engineering field. Łukasz has worked at several companies, including DTiQ, DTT Surveillance, EZUniverse Inc., Poczta Polska S.A., Pc.net Sp. z o.o., and TvTom.

At DTiQ, Łukasz started as a Service Engineer Tier 3 in January 2019 and then advanced to the role of Technical Support T3 Lead in June 2019. Łukasz worked in this position until March 2022. From January 2022 until unspecified present time, they served as a Technical Support Supervisor. Lastly, they assumed the role of Technical Support Manager in January 2023.

During their time at DTT Surveillance, Łukasz held the position of Sr. Service Engineer from August 2018 to September 2021.

Łukasz Kocjan completed their Inżynier (Inż.) degree in Informatyka from the University of Silesia in Katowice, from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications. These include "Prepare for the CompTIA Network+ (N10-007) Certification" and "Prepare for the CompTIA A+ Certification (220-1001 and 220-1002)" from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2020 and May 2020, respectively. Łukasz has also obtained certifications in "Learning VPN" (January 2020), "Microsoft SQL Server 2016: Query Data" (December 2019), "Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling" (November 2019), "PowerShell 5 Essential Training" (November 2019), and "Problem Solving Techniques" (October 2019) from LinkedIn. Additionally, they have obtained three "CompTIA Network+ ce Certification" in August 2021, and a "Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate" certification from Microsoft in May 2021.
