Marc Litz

Marc Litz has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Marc is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at DTiQ since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from May 2018 to August 2022 at DTiQ.

Before joining DTiQ, Marc held senior positions at Lionbridge. Marc was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2015 to August 2017. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from August 2012 to November 2015. In this role, they had overall responsibility for the worldwide controllership function, overseeing a team of 90+ people in 25+ countries. Marc'sresponsibilities included financial reporting, transaction processing, revenue recognition, and financial analysis.

Marc also served as the Assistant Corporate Controller at Sapient Corporation from June 2006 to August 2012. Prior to that, they were a Finance Manager at BearingPoint, Inc from February 2005 to June 2006. Marc'sexperience also includes working as the SEC Reporting Manager at The J. Jill Group, Inc. from January 2004 to February 2005, where they were responsible for all SEC filings and equity accounting.

Marc started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an Audit Manager in the Technology, InfoComm, and Entertainment (TICE) practice from September 1998 to January 2004. Marc was involved in planning, executing, and supervising audits of technology enterprises of varying sizes.

Marc Litz attended Scituate High School from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their high school diploma. Marc then pursued a degree in Accountancy at Villanova University from 1994 to 1998.
