Jill Group, Inc. from January 2004 to February 2005, where they were responsible for all SEC filings and equity accounting.

Marc started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an Audit Manager in the Technology, InfoComm, and Entertainment (TICE) practice from September 1998 to January 2004. Marc was involved in planning, executing, and supervising audits of technology enterprises of varying sizes.
