Global Director Of Customer Success at DTN

Ben Wegner has an extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success. Ben is currently working as the Global Director of Customer Success at DTN since November 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of Customer Success at FloQast from March 2022 to June 2023. At FloQast, Ben was responsible for managing the entire Customer Success organization consisting of $90m AUM and 37 employees in the US and EMEA. Ben implemented customer success playbooks, created health scores, and established a risk review process for accurate churn prediction. Ben also drove new product adoption and improved customer-focused decisions using data models.

Prior to FloQast, Ben worked at SAP Concur from December 2017 to March 2022. Ben held the positions of Sr. Director Client Success and Director of Client Success. In these roles, Ben exceeded Net Revenue Retention goals, led global client success teams, and created an end-to-end new client experience. Ben also implemented milestone-based client transition and reduced new client churn significantly. Ben collaborated with other teams to create an interactive 1-to-many journey for clients.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. as Manager Field Administration, Manager of Experienced Advisor Recruiting Concierge Service, and Brokerage Team Leader from 2007 to 2016.

Ben Wegner holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Bethel University. Ben also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Marketing from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul.
