Dan Donovan

VP, Customer Experience at DTN

Dan Donovan leads the global team responsible for delivering high-quality customer care and elevated customer experience at DTN. He has more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing customer engagement strategies. Dan is active in the Women@DTN employee resource group and volunteers in numerous community initiatives. He holds two degrees in administration and management, earning his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and his master’s degree from the University of Florida.
