Kelsey Anderson

Kelsey Anderson leads a global team overseeing all aspects of the employee experience, including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She is a seasoned HR leader with 10 years of experience driving initiatives that support organizational strategy and employee development. Kelsey holds dual degrees: a bachelor's in economics and a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
