Sara Shoupe

Sara Shoupe is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Deputy Operations Manager at DTSV, Inc. since September 2025. Previously, Sara held the position of Call Center Operations Manager at Senture, LLC from December 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities also included serving as an Instructor and Call Center Manager. From August 2013 to December 2020, Sara worked at Maximus as a Supervisor, gaining over seven years of leadership experience, while also taking on seasonal instructional roles during peak training periods. Sara holds an Associate of Arts degree and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Somerset Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of the Cumberlands, expected to complete in January 2025.
