Sylvia Jackson, M.Sc., CSM

Sylvia Jackson, M.Sc., CSM has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple decades. Sylvia started their career in 1981 as a Personnel Supervisor and Senior Enlisted Advisor at the Pentagon, US Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, where they worked until 2007. From 2003 to 2004, Sylvia served as a Sr. Human Resource Representative/Manager at ManTech Security and Mission Assurance Corporation. Sylvia then joined Computer Sciences Corporation as a Sr. Human Resource Generalist from 2009 to 2010, followed by a position as a Human Resources Specialist for Federal Services at General Dynamics Information Technology in 2010 and 2011.

In 2012, Sylvia worked as a Peoplesoft Consultant at the US Department of Health and Human Services until 2013 when they became a Sr. HR Process Improvement Advisor at Leidos. Sylvia continued to advance their career as a Sr. Management Analyst (HR)/On-Site Project Manager for Federal Government Support at Delta Research Associates, Inc (DRA) from 2015 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2019, Sylvia served as a Program Manager - Federal Government Support at The Ventura Group, Inc. Sylvia then joined Alutiiq, LLC as a Sr. Project Manager - Federal Government Support in 2020 and remained in that position until September 2021. Currently, Sylvia is employed at DTSV, Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager/Supervisor Federal Government Support, starting in August 2021.

Sylvia Jackson, M.Sc., CSM has a diverse educational background in the field of project management and organizational development. In 2011, they obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Development in Leadership from Walden University. Prior to that, in 2016, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Project Management, also from Walden University.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Sylvia holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification which they obtained in January 2022 from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
