Lasse Ebdrup Pedersen

Lasse Ebdrup Pedersen is a Senior Scientist at DTU - Technical University of Denmark since March 2020, with previous experience as a Senior Data Warehouse Consultant at Dum Data from November 2019 to May 2022, where the focus was on assisting companies with data organization. Prior to that, Lasse served as CO-PI for CHO cell line engineering and design and Senior Scientist at The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability from May 2012 to March 2020, leading a team of 14 researchers in protein-based medicine production and overseeing a bioinformatics group in large core projects. Lasse began a career in bioinformatics as a Post Doc at the same center and earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Aarhus University from 2003 to 2008, following an exchange year at The University of Texas at Austin.
