Nicola Dragoni

Nicola Dragoni serves as the Deputy Director and Head of Section for Cybersecurity Engineering at DTU Compute since February 2022. Dragoni is also a Professor in Secure Pervasive Computing and Head of the DTU Center for Digital Security (DIGISEC) at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where involvement includes serving as Deputy Head of the DTU Compute PhD School. Research focuses on pervasive computing and security, particularly within the healthcare sector. Previous academic roles include Professorship in Computer Engineering at Örebro University and various positions in distributed systems and security at DTU and other institutions. Nicola Dragoni holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and is currently engaged in the DTU Leadership Programme in Organizational Leadership.
