Hanadi Ayoub

Hanadi Ayoub has an extensive work experience spanning over decades. Hanadi currently holds the position of Senior VP & Head of IT Strategy at du, where they are responsible for shaping the company's IT and technology vision. Hanadi has also served as the Senior VP & Head of IT Development and Delivery, overseeing software development and IT solution delivery at du. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President- Corporate Transformation & Delivery Management, leading strategic corporate transformation initiatives. Hanadi has also been the Vice President of B2B Strategy, Planning & Performance, Vice President of Network Strategy, Architecture & Planning, and Vice President of Applications & Value Added Service at du. Additionally, they have worked at TECOM Group Dubai as the Director of Products and Services, at Dubai Internet City as the Group IT Manager, at Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a Senior Network & IT Engineer, and at Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST) as a Teaching and Research assistant.

Hanadi Ayoub has a diverse education history. Hanadi completed the Digital Transformation Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at Henley Business School in 2022. In 2015, they pursued an Executive MBA in Executive Leadership Development at INSEAD. More recently, in 2021, they undertook Executive Education in Leading Organizations and Change at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2016, they participated in the Collaborative Leadership & Decision Making Program at INSEAD. Hanadi also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wollongong, which they obtained in 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Regis University in 2005. Hanadi's undergraduate degree is a BSc in Engineering from Ajman University, with a major in Telecom and Electronics and a minor in Computers. Alongside their formal education, Hanadi has obtained several certifications, including Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC) from Scrum Alliance, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF Toronto - Charter Chapter. Hanadi is also a PMP certified professional from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they have received certifications such as MCSE from Microsoft in 2000, the Award of the Distinguished Engineer from Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry in 1999, and MCP from Microsoft in 1998.
